Citation management software like EndNote can include a proxy setting to facilitate access to library resource through the software/app. The OpenAthens URL to authenticate is "https://my.openathens.net/auth?entityID=https%3A%2F%2Fidp.llu.edu%2Fentity" can be used for most resources. The exception are EBSCO, ProQuest and Gale resources. For maximum compatibility, search the database directly and use the database's export/download citation option to import a citation into the citation manager.
