Trends in Oral Health Status : United States 1988-1994 and 1999 to 2004This report provides national estimates for a broad range of oral health measures for the U.S. civilian non-institutionalized population from 1988–1994 to 1999–2004.
Estimates from assessments common to both survey periods are presented here and cover the following topics: dental caries, dental sealants, tooth loss, incisor trauma, periodontal status, dental visits, and respondent-assessed oral health status.
