School of Pharmacy Program Guide

This guide has been designed to provide information about library resources available to faculty and students of the School of Pharmacy

Pharmacy Library

PharmacyLibrary features content from APhA's authoritative textbooks, an interactive NAPLEX® review, a collection of 250 Active Learning Exercises, case studies, PharmacotherapyFirst, and a variety of news sources.   Some content such as NAPLEX and faculty-only content requires users to create a personal account.   Please review this page for more information on what is available with a personal account and how to create one.     (Note:  The following content visible on PharmacyLbrary is not accessible on LLUH's license:   Trissel's Stability of Compounded Formulations, Preceptor Central, and Technician Library).

How to Access the Database?

The LLU subscription is linked to the on-campus computer network and for access on-campus go to https://pharmacylibrary.com. For off-campus access, go to https://0-pharmacylibrary-com.catalog.llu.edu/.

Please note: for off-campus access authentication is required; the link will take you first to the University Library's proxy server so you can sign-in with your LLU ID. After entering that, you will be directed to the PharmacyLibrary homepage.

Some content on PharmacyLibrary (NAPLEX and faculty-only content) requires users to create a personal account.  You must be on campus to create an account (your LLU IP address authenticates you).    Go to this link:    Create an account.  Scroll down below the "Sign In" icon, and see "Create an Account" under "New to APhA?"

Although personal accounts are not necessary for access to most of the content on PharmacyLibrary, personal accounts are necessary for access to NAPLEX review, new self-assessment tools as they come online, and the ability to add pages to favorites.
