Get from another library: Ordering an article from another library

Request materials not at the Libraries. How-to guide for requesting items through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). Books and journal articles not in the university library’s collection may be requested through this service from another library.

ILL Request Step 1

***To order an article from another library you must be registered with the Library***

(There is usually a fee for this service)







Step 2

***Note: You should already have established a PIN before requesting an ILL***


Log into the Library system using either your University Login or your Libraries Login


Step 3

The article information should already be filled in for you.

Please fill-in the "Service requested", "Payment method" and "Special Instructions" fields.



If your request goes through successfully, your screen should look like this:


If your request doesn't go through it is probably due to a problem with your library record.
