Mobile Access & Apps: Micromedex

Information about access to resources for mobile users.

Get mobileMicromedex

  • Access Micromedex as you normally would through the library site (if you are off campus, you will be asked to log in using your University Login).
  • When you are in the Micromedex database, click on the Download Mobile Apps button at the bottom right in the Resources box.

  • Follow the instructions on this page for your Android or Apple device
    • here you will find the required username and password
    • note the information at the bottom of the page regarding password expiration
    • new logins can be acquired using the same process

Get the NeoFax® Essentials app and Pediatrics Essentials app

  • Access Micromedex as you normally would through the library site (if you are off campus, you will be asked to log in using your University Login).
  • When you are in the Micromedex database, click on the NeoFax® / Pediatrics tab at the top of the page:  
  • This will open a new window.  Click on Mobile at the top right: 
  • Follow the instructions on this page for your Android or Apple device
    • here you will find the required username and password
    • note the information at the bottom of the page regarding password expiration
    • new logins can be acquired using the same process
